Cablu DisplayPort VALUE 14.99.3466 15 m negru

The VALUE 14.99.3466 DisplayPort cable is a 15 m active fiber optic cable (AOC) with DisplayPort connectors at both ends, designed to transmit audio and video up to UHD 7680x4320 at 60 Hz. The cable is lightweight and has a slim diameter, making it suitable for longer runs where copper cables are impractical. No external power supply is required for the active fiber construction.

Advantages

This active DisplayPort cable supports very high resolutions (7680x4320 @60Hz) while maintaining signal integrity over a 15 m distance. Its fiber optic design and small diameter allow for flexible installation in cable ducts and tight spaces. Being an active optical cable, it eliminates the need for additional power adapters and reduces signal degradation compared with long copper cables.

Suitable for

• Connecting PCs, workstations or graphics cards to monitors and displays with DisplayPort inputs over long distances
• Professional video editing suites and post-production environments requiring UHD signals
• Conference rooms and lecture halls where neat installation through ducts or conduits is needed

How to use

Connect one DisplayPort connector to the source device (PC, graphics card or media player) and the other connector to the target display or monitor. Ensure connectors are fully seated and secure before powering the devices. The cable is plug-and-play and does not require any external power. For best results, use DisplayPort-capable hardware and verify display settings on the source device to match the desired resolution and refresh rate.

Recommendations

Route the cable through cable ducts or conduits as needed, avoiding sharp bends and excessive pulling force. Keep the connector ends free of dust and debris. If you experience display issues, check cable seating and source display settings; replace with a shorter certified cable for troubleshooting if necessary.
