Cablu de rețea Digitus Cat6 UTP 15 m

The DIGITUS Networking Cable Cat6 UTP 15m (DK-1611-150) is a 15-meter U/UTP Ethernet patch cable designed for reliable wired network connections. It features Cat6-rated construction with four twisted pairs (4 x 2 AWG 26/7) and RJ45 connectors on both ends, suitable for home and office installations where structured cabling and high-speed data transfer are required. The cable is grey and UL-listed.

Advantages

This Cat6 UTP cable provides consistent signal integrity through 4 x 2 AWG 26/7 twisted pairs and secure RJ45 terminations. Boots with kink protection and strain relief reduce connector stress and improve durability. The U/UTP construction supports Cat6 performance for gigabit Ethernet and short-run 10GBASE-T applications where applicable, and the UL listing confirms compliance with recognized safety standards.

Suitable for

• Connecting PCs, switches, routers and other network devices
• Home and small office network installations
• Patch panels and wall sockets in structured cabling
• High-speed Ethernet up to Cat6 specification (gigabit networks)

How to use

Plug an RJ45 connector into the network port of your device and the other end into a switch, router or patch panel. Ensure connectors fully engage and boots with strain relief are positioned to prevent sharp bends near the terminations. For wall or patch panel installations, route the cable following building cabling practices and avoid running parallel to power lines to reduce interference.

Recommendations

For optimal performance, use the cable within its intended length and Cat6 environment, avoid excessive bending or pulling beyond the strain relief, and keep connectors free of dust. For permanent structured cabling installations, follow local building and cabling standards and consider testing with a network cable tester after installation.
