Bloc de șlefuit Bosch 2 608 901 175

The Bosch 2 608 901 175 sanding block is designed for manual sanding of wood and painted surfaces. Its compact square foam shape (69 × 97 × 26 mm) and durable construction make it suitable for flat surfaces and 90° edges. Each pack contains three multicolour blocks that resist clogging and provide longer life than conventional paper sanding sheets.

Advantages

These sanding foams combine flexibility and abrasion resistance to handle curves, edges and flat areas without breaking or rapid wear. The foam construction reduces clogging compared with standard abrasive sheets, while the compact block shape ensures even pressure distribution and easier handling during hand sanding.

Suitable for

• Sanding solid wood and engineered wood surfaces
• Sanding painted and varnished surfaces
• Sanding flat panels and internal 90° edges
• Manual finishing and preparation before painting or refinishing

How to use

Select the appropriate grit or finish type of the sanding block for your task. Hold the block with a flat side against the surface and apply even pressure while moving along the grain on wood or in smooth, controlled strokes on painted surfaces. Use the block’s edges for 90° corners and curved transitions. Replace the block when abrasion reduces effectiveness or the surface becomes heavily clogged.

Recommendations

For best results, pair the Bosch sanding block with progressive grit steps when preparing surfaces for finishing: start with coarser abrasives for material removal, then move to finer blocks for smoothing. Keep the work area clean and avoid excessive pressure to extend block life.
