Adaptor U.2 intern DeLOCK 90162 interfață host PCIe indicatoare LED

The DeLOCK 90162 is an internal PCIe adapter that provides two U.2 (SFF-8639) interfaces for connecting up to two 2.5" U.2 SSDs. The card includes LED indicators for power and activity and is intended for use in systems where the motherboard supports PCIe bifurcation to split the PCIe lanes across multiple ports.

Advantages

This adapter adds two internal U.2 ports to a PCIe slot, enabling the installation of up to two 2.5" U.2 SSDs. LED indicators give a clear visual status for power and drive activity. The card is compatible with server environments and supports Windows Server 2022 when paired with appropriate drives and system configuration.

How to use

Install the adapter into a free PCIe slot on the motherboard. Configure the motherboard BIOS/UEFI to enable PCIe bifurcation so the PCIe lanes are split between the card's ports. Connect up to two U.2 2.5" SSDs to the card's SFF-8639 ports and secure drives in the chassis. Verify LEDs for power and activity after system boot and install any necessary drivers or storage management software under the supported operating system.

Recommendations

Without motherboard PCIe bifurcation enabled, only the first SFF-8639 (U.2) port will function. Ensure your motherboard supports the required bifurcation settings and consult the motherboard manual for configuration instructions. Use appropriate cooling and secure mounting for installed 2.5" SSDs.
