Adaptor Power over Ethernet Airtame AT-PoE

The Power over Ethernet Adapter Airtame AT-PoE (AT-POE) provides DC 5V/2A power and Gigabit Ethernet over USB to the Airtame 2. The compact adapter receives PoE via a shielded RJ45 connector, converts power to 5V, and separates network data onto the USB lines so a single Aircord can power the Airtame, provide a wired network connection and plug into the display's HDMI. It complies with IEEE 802.3af and 802.3at and includes LED indicators for link and activity.

Advantages

The Airtame PoE adapter creates a clean, single-cable installation that reduces cabling and speeds up deployment. It supports 10/100/1000 Mbit/s Gigabit Ethernet and delivers a stable 5V/2A supply, improving performance reliability for Airtame 2 devices. The compact housing and compliance with CE, FCC and ISED standards make it suitable for managed IT environments.

Suitable for

• Classroom and meeting-room displays requiring wireless presentation with wired network and centralized power
• Managed networks where PoE simplifies installation and reduces power outlets
• IT deployments seeking reliable performance and easier maintenance of Airtame 2 units

Key specifications

How to use

Connect the AT-PoE adapter's shielded RJ45 connector to a PoE-enabled switch or injector. Plug the adapter's USB output into the Airtame 2 Aircord; the Aircord then connects to the display's HDMI port. Ensure the network port provides IEEE 802.3af or 802.3at power and verify LED indicators for link and activity to confirm proper operation.

Recommendations

Use the Airtame PoE adapter with PoE-capable network equipment that complies with IEEE 802.3af/at. For best results, place Airtame 2 and the display on the same protected network and verify switch port configurations to ensure full Gigabit throughput and stable power delivery.
