Adaptor HDMI Digitus AK-330505-000-S

The DIGITUS HDMI Adapter AK-330505-000-S provides a simple connection between devices with an HDMI Type A port and devices or cables with a DVI‑I (24+5) connector. The compact black adapter has nickel-plated contacts for improved durability and supports Full HD video output. It is designed for reliable video transmission when connecting monitors, projectors and other display equipment.

Advantages

This adapter offers straightforward conversion between HDMI and DVI‑I interfaces without additional cabling. Nickel-plated contacts reduce corrosion and help maintain signal quality over time. Its compact form factor makes it easy to carry and use in tight spaces while maintaining support for Full HD resolution and dual‑link DVI connections where applicable.

Suitable for

• Connecting an HDMI source (laptop, media player) to a DVI‑I monitor or projector
• Adapting existing DVI‑I cables to HDMI devices
• Temporary setup in meeting rooms, classrooms or home offices

Key specifications

• Connector 1: HDMI Type A (Standard)
• Connector 2: DVI‑I (24+5)
• Supported resolution: Full HD
• Contacts: Nickel‑plated
• Colour: Black

How to use

Plug the HDMI Type A end into the HDMI output of your source device. Connect the DVI‑I end to the DVI cable or directly to the DVI‑I input of your display. Ensure both devices are powered on and select the correct input on the display. No drivers are required—signal negotiation is handled by the connected devices.

Recommendations

For best results, use quality HDMI and DVI cables and avoid excessive bending near the adapter. If audio is required, note that DVI does not carry audio signals—use a separate audio connection when connecting to DVI‑only displays.
