TP-Link Tapo RV20 Max alb

The TP-Link Tapo RV20 Max is a smart robot vacuum cleaner with LiDAR navigation and combined vacuum-and-mop functionality. Designed to map spaces precisely, it plans efficient cleaning routes and adapts to different floor types. Connectivity via 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi and Bluetooth enables remote control and scheduling from a smartphone app, while its compact white housing is intended to blend with modern interiors.

Advantages

The LiDAR navigation system provides accurate room mapping and stable path planning for fewer missed spots. Simultaneous vacuuming and mopping reduces the need for manual follow-up cleaning on hard floors. App control over 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi and Bluetooth allows remote operation, scheduling, and cleaning mode adjustments. The compact profile enhances access under furniture and the design supports everyday home use across mixed floor surfaces.

Suitable for

• Maintaining daily cleanliness on hard floors such as tile, laminate and hardwood
• Routine vacuuming on low- to medium-pile carpets
• Homes where scheduled or remote cleaning is required
• Apartment and house layouts that benefit from precise mapping and route planning

Key specifications

• Navigation: LiDAR-based mapping and route planning for accurate coverage
• Cleaning modes: Combined vacuum and mop operation with selectable modes
• Connectivity: 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi and Bluetooth for app control and scheduling
• Design: Low-profile, white finish for unobtrusive placement
• Control: Smartphone app for start/stop, schedules and cleaning mode selection

How to use

Place the robot on a flat charging dock and install the mobile application. Use the app to connect the device over 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi or Bluetooth and follow on-screen prompts to complete initial mapping of your home. Set cleaning schedules and preferred modes in the app; choose combined vacuum-and-mop mode for hard floors or vacuum-only for carpets. Clear small obstacles and loose cables before each run to ensure optimal navigation and avoid interruptions.

Recommendations

For best results, perform an initial manual run to remove large debris and tidy fragile items. Use scheduled cleanings during times when foot traffic is low. On heavily soiled hard floors, empty the dustbin and refill/clean the mop pad after the session. Keep the device firmware and companion app up to date to ensure optimal performance and access to navigation improvements.
