Set de carote KWB 499900, 7 piese

Hole Saw Set KWB 499900 7 pcs is an 8-piece diamond holesaw set designed for drilling accurate fixing holes in hard materials such as porcelain, granite worktops, tiles, quarry tiles, ceramics, stone flags and marble worktops. The set contains seven diamond-coated holesaws made from high-quality industrial diamond and a one-piece drawn body for high concentricity. A drilling guide with suction cup and connection for water feed is included to support wet drilling and improve hole quality.

Advantages

The diamond-coated cutting edges provide long-lasting performance on very hard surfaces while the one-piece drawn body ensures accurate, highly concentric holes. The supplied drilling guide with suction cup and water-feed connection enables stable positioning and cooling during drilling, reducing dust and preventing overheating. The set is supplied in a sturdy box for convenient storage and transport.

How to use

Mark the hole position on the workpiece and attach the drilling guide with the suction cup to provide a stable starting point. Connect a water feed to the guide to supply cooling water during drilling. Use a drill with appropriate speed and steady pressure; avoid excessive force. Periodically withdraw the hole saw to clear slurry and maintain cutting efficiency. Follow the drill and accessory manufacturer's safety and operational instructions.

Recommendations

Use wet drilling with continuous water supply for best results on hard materials, and allow the diamond segments to cut without applying excessive axial force. Wear appropriate personal protective equipment (eye protection, gloves, and dust control) and ensure the drill is suitable for use with diamond holesaws.
