Controller gateway Milesight UC300915M

Milesight UC300915M is a compact gateway controller for DIN-rail or wall mounting, designed for remote monitoring and control of field sensors and devices. It offers multiple industrial interfaces, support for analog inputs and RTD temperature sensors, cloud connectivity via TCP/UDP/MQTT and an external SMA antenna connector for cellular models. The device accepts MicroSIM cards and operates from 5–24 V DC, with LED indicators for system status.

Advantages

The UC300915M integrates diverse industrial interfaces to monitor and control multiple sensors or actuators simultaneously, supports 4–20 mA and 0–10 V analog inputs, and includes two RTD inputs for PT100 sensors with a range from -200°C to 800°C. An IF‑THEN style trigger system lets you create up to 16 custom commands based on conditions and actions, and the controller can execute those commands autonomously when the network is unavailable. It supports standard protocols (TCP/UDP/MQTT) for flexible cloud integration and is compatible with platforms such as Milesight IoT Cloud and AWS (cellular models only).

Suitable for

• Remote monitoring of industrial sensors and environmental parameters
• Temperature monitoring using PT100 sensors (2/3-wire)
• Local automation tasks with IF‑THEN triggers
• Connecting field devices to cloud platforms via TCP/UDP/MQTT
• DIN-rail or wall-mounted installations in control cabinets

How to use

Install the Milesight UC300915M on a DIN rail or mount it to a wall inside a control cabinet. Connect field sensors or actuators to the available industrial interfaces, wiring analog inputs (4–20 mA or 0–10 V) or PT100 RTD sensors to the RTD inputs using 2‑ or 3‑wire connections. Supply DC power within the 5–24 V range and insert a MicroSIM card if using cellular connectivity. Configure network and cloud settings via the device web interface or management platform, define up to 16 IF‑THEN commands for automated actions, and verify operation using the LED indicators.

Recommendations

For reliable temperature readings with PT100 sensors, use proper 2‑ or 3‑wire connections and follow sensor manufacturer guidelines. When deploying in industrial environments, ensure stable DC power within the specified range, protect the unit from excessive moisture and vibration, and configure local triggers for critical autonomous actions to maintain operation during network outages.
