Recommendations

Use the scale on a level surface away from drafts and direct heat sources. Clean the surface with a soft, slightly damp cloth and avoid immersing the device in water. Replace batteries when display dims or readings become unstable. For consistent results, allow temperature-sensitive ingredients to reach room temperature before weighing.
